Joan specializes with investors, and is very familiar with the good, the bad, and the ugly of investment properties. Currently Joan owns properties in Frederick, Washington, Allegany, and Garrett Counties in Maryland, and also an investment property near Walt Disney World Florida. With this level of working with investors (both buying and selling), and her personal properties, Joan is familiar with the type of information an owner needs and wants.
