We offer our tenants that belong to the Horizon Management Family referral fees! The properties on this page are all eligible. Call for availability on other properties.
If you find a tenant for one of these properties, we will give you 20% of their first months rent! The new tenant must sign a lease with Horizon Management for one of the properties on this page, pay their first months rent, move in, and you MUST notify us of the referral BEFORE the new tenant signs a lease. If you are currently behind in payments owed to Horizon Management, the referral fee will go towards the outstanding amount and the remainder will be sent to you.
